Shipping Policy
Stock permitting, we dispatch all orders placed before 12 midday EST the same day and all orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

SHIPPING METHOD: PC AVIATOR CHOOSES
DELIVERY TIME: 1 to 4 days (software/books), 1 to 6 days (heavier hardware items)

When you select this method, we choose the method to ship to you via the most appropriate method that will deliver your shipment to you in the fastest time at the most reasonable price. With this method our computers decide at the time we process your order inhouse between United State Post Office (USPS) First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or United Parcel Service UPS Ground or even UPS 2nd day. With this method we are able to average out our shipping costs across several methods and pass these savings on to you via a simple structured rate that is calculated as follows: $3.95 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item after that. With this method you can leverage your shipping costs per item and add as many items as you like for only an additional 50 cents per item you add to your cart.

We do not guarantee delivery times but it is, 98% of the time, 1 to 4 business days. The exception to this is heavier hardware shipments that are sent UPS Ground (1 to 6 days) - unless you specifically choose another method below.

This method is available to USA customers only.

If you prefer a specific method of shipping and want us to specifically use your preferred method (UPS vs USPS) then choose one of the methods below.

SHIPPING METHOD: US Post Office PRIORITY MAIL
DELIVERY TIME: 1 to 3 Business days.
ORDER TRACKING: Yes
If you prefer to use the Post Office for delivery, choose Priority Mail. This is a very cost effective priority delivery method and most items are delivered in 1 to 3 days. Charges are as per USPS rate tables plus a small $1 handling charge. The Post Office delivers Priority Mail 6 days per week so you may receive your order on a Saturday.

SHIPPING METHOD: US Post Office EXPRESS MAIL
DELIVERY TIME: 1 to 2 Days.
ORDER TRACKING: Yes
If you prefer to use the Post Office for Express delivery, choose Express Mail. The Post Office quotes 1 to 2 days for Express Mail. This is dependent upon your location relative to South Carolina and the remoteness of your location. Tracking is provided at www.usps.com. Charges are as per USPS rate tables plus a $2 handling charge since additional paperwork and order prioritization is required at our end. Express Mail is delivered 365 days a year so may be delivered on weekends.

SHIPPING METHOD: UPS Ground
DELIVERY TIME: 1 to 6 Business days.
ORDER TRACKING: Yes - Quantum View Notify
UPS Ground gives you UPS reliability and comprehensive order tracking. Delivery time depends upon your location relative to South Carolina. You can reference this chart to estimate your delivery time. At the time your order is dispatched at 4pm EST, you will receive an e-mail from UPS Quantum View notify with your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. UPS Ground is delivered on weekdays only. UPS Ground delivery times are now guaranteed so the zone chart guarantees this delivery time (in business days). Charges are as per UPS rate tables plus a small $1 handling charge

SHIPPING METHOD: UPS 2nd Day Air (save up to 40% off published rates)
DELIVERY TIME: 2 Business days - guaranteed.
ORDER TRACKING: Yes - Quantum View Notify
Our volumes have enabled us to negotiate some pretty low rates for UPS 2nd Day Air for guaranteed 2nd day delivery (weekdays only). At the time your order is dispatched at 4pm EST, you will receive an e-mail from UPS Quantum View notify with your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. UPS 2nd Day Air delivered on weekdays only. Charges are 40% off UPS 2nd Day Air rate tables plus a small $1 handling charge.

NOTE: You may already be in a UPS Guaranteed 2 day Ground Zone. Consult this Ground zone chart first before you select this option as you will save in shipping costs by selecting Ground.

SHIPPING METHOD: UPS Next Day Air (save up to 20% off published rates)
DELIVERY TIME: Next Business Day Before 10:30 am - guaranteed.
ORDER TRACKING: Yes - Quantum View Notify
Our volumes have also enabled us to negotiate some pretty low rates for UPS Next Day Air for guaranteed Next Day delivery (weekdays only). At the time your order is dispatched at 4pm EST, you will receive an e-mail from UPS Quantum View notify with your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. UPS Next Day Air is delivered on weekdays only so if you order Friday you will not receive delivery until Monday. Charges are 20% off UPS Next Day Air rate tables plus a small $2 handling charge for priority handling. If you MUST HAVE your order delivered Next Day, please call 1-800-664-0033 to alert us of your urgent delivery requirement and check stock availability. Saturday Delivery is available for an addition (UPS) $15 surcharge. Please specify this if you are placing your order on Friday and must have it Saturday.

International Customers

International Shipping Policy
Stock permitting, we dispatch all international orders within 48 hours. The slightly longer dispatch time is due to the intensive additional handling required for international shipping. The exception to this is Express Mail or UPS Worldwide Express where we will dispatch within 24 hours.

Several specific items relate to international shipping and by placing your order you agree to the following:

1. Your country may charge you customs fees upon delivery of your product. This is not a PC Aviator charge but a charge levied by your customs. Please be aware that you may be subject to this fee.

2. PC Aviator cannot control the delivery times of your order. We and you pay the post office to deliver your order safely and on time. We cannot track airmail items and we cannot do anything to expedite delivery once it leaves our office. We cannot control delays or any post office errors. We cannot provide replacement or refunds for lost or undelivered items. So for FIRST CLASS AIR MAIL you select this method totally at your own risk.

FIRST CLASS AIR MAIL
SHIPPING METHOD: US Post Office International Parcel Post Air Mail
DELIVERY TIME: 7 to 14 days
ORDER TRACKING: No
This is shipped via Post Office First Class Air Mail. Delivery is typically 7 to 14 days - occasionally slightly longer. This method is charged as per USPS International Air Mail rate tables plus a small $1.00 handling fee.

Please be aware of this when you choose this method. The moment you receive your shipping notice it means that the item has been lodged with the Post Office. After that we (and you) rely on the Postal system to deliver your product in the time they estimate. Once it has left our office, your parcel cannot be tracked. We cannot locate your parcel in the postal system. If your item has not arrived within the 14 day timeframe it may be being held at your local post office or may even be held up in customs. You should call your local post office in your country and they will be able to help you in locating your overdue parcel. We cannot provide replacement or refunds for lost or undelivered items. So for FIRST CLASS AIR MAIL you select this method totally at your own risk. If being able to track your parcel is important to you or you are concerned with the reliability in your own country then, please select the shipping method below - International Express Mail.

SHIPPING METHOD: INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL
DELIVERY TIME: 4 to 8 days
ORDER TRACKING: Yes
This is shipped via Post Office Express International Air Mail also known as EMS. With this method there is tracking. Delivery is typically 4 to 8 days - occasionally slightly longer. This method is charged as per USPS International Express Air Mail rate tables plus a small $2.00 handling fee.

SHIPPING METHOD: UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS (save up to 40% off published rates)
DELIVERY TIME: 2 to 4 days
ORDER TRACKING: Yes - Quantum View Notify
This is shipped via UPS WorldWide Express. With this method there is tracking. Delivery is typically 2 to 4 days. At the time your order is dispatched at 4pm EST, you will receive an e-mail from UPS Quantum View notify with your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. Charges are 40% off UPS World Wide Express rate tables plus a small $5 handling charge. Please note that occasionally UPS charge a remote delivery $20 surcharge for delivery areas outside a major metropolitan area. We do not know these charges until your order is manually processed by our order processing team. In this instance you will also be charged the $20 surcharge. If you have ordered from us previously and know that there is no surcharge for your delivery area then there won't be this charge but if you are unsure, please contact us beforehand at orders@pcaviator.com to check. Please state your country, city and postal code so we can check the UPS system.

UPS Quantum view Notify will also alert you if there is any exception relating your delivery such as a weather or customs delay.
